Refund/Cancellation Policy
The number of students in each class is limited in order to provide the most effective training. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise at the last minute. However, due to our enforcement of the student limit, if you cancel your reservation less than 3 weeks prior to the class start date, a cancelation fee will be charged equal to 40% of the full quoted price. If you immediately reschedule for a later class, we will reduce the cancellation fee to 10%. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that you submit a written notice of cancelation to Mirion at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the class.

Exam Policy
If a course requires an exam to be taken at its conclusion, the passing score is 80%. If the exam is not taken or passed the student will not receive certification for the level trying to be achieved (Technician, Specialist, or Subject Matter Expert). If the exam is failed on the first attempt a student may retake the exam a second time within a 2 week period from the first attempt.  The student may reach out through email to their instructor in which case the instructor will reply at their earliest convenience.  If the exam is failed a second time, a consulting one-on-one phone refresher course may be purchased where the student will then have a chance to take the exam for a third time.

Certificates
In order to receive your certificate after course completion it is required that the student/customer complete an online survey.  Upon completion your survey will be emailed to you.
